Coconut Ice
YAY!

I have achieved the impossible! I made Pear commit! To trying Coconut Ice (CI), that is. I think he would have been more receptible to the idea of going without meat for a week.

Ladies and gentlemen, CI!

No one knows what it is, except that it's probably made of coconut. And that it's pretty much a vegetarian treat although the white part looks like the first few seconds of a scraped elbow and the pink part looks like a hindered healing wound with the scab removed.

(Sorry, I couldn't resist making I-love-Saw-and-all-things-gore Pear squirm. I think this is the biggest risk he has ever taken in his life.)

What I do know, though, is that it sweats.

I guess Singapore's crazy weather's got it all hot and bothered

I must clarify that it's not my fault that it's in this state now; I stored it in a cool dry place, as directed on it's wrapper. I can't put it into the fridge because it hardens into a brick. I know that because I tried it with the previous one, and no, I didn't put it in the freezer.

To prove that it wasn't always like that, here's CI when I first bought it:

Yeah, I was pretty fascinated with it, hence the multiple photos. Still am, which is why I'm taking a bite as well. I made Pear promise to eat it so that he wouldn't be able to laugh at me when I get the runs thereafter :B.

Will review after the taste test.

A few scattered photos because I have them

Moo Moo in her poncho!

Bel, this photo's for you. Lazy to email and Weewee doesn't know of this blog anyway. I think this looks like a love at first sight - if there is such a thing at all - scene! But the post-diet pillar behind is very extra.

Rainy day, so we headed for the pavilion

I don't miss being an ELF all that much, but I certainly do miss being part of a team, especially one as synegetic as our batch

New sandals, happy feet :)

Orange cubes

Peel Fresh, I find, works best for this. Personally, I prefer Sunkist as a drink because it's less sweet, but we're making popsicles here. Yep, consider that my tip of the millenium.
